Difficulty in walking . Cannot walk properly. My feet pains so badly when i walk , pointing heel. It doesn't pain when i walk upstairs but it does when coming downstairs. And it's been very long that I've got checked up for two doctors... but found no solution and no cure.

Please check the insole of your footwear..the foot wear insole needs to have a cushioned heel of 20 to 30 degrees along with which you have to do exercises.
