My name is Timor Shah 32y old183cm 93kg. During in 5 day my heart and left hand have pain 24h. Before just some time in a week had pain. But know 24h have pain. I need for your help Thanks Timor Shah Rahimzai

This looks more likely be a muscular pain..Take tb.ultracet or tb. dolo for 3days but if still pain will be persisting then do one ECG
