Sometime i have pain in my hand or sometime in leg. But it dissappear automatically after 3 -4 hours.i have done x ray. No cracking problem. Not any other accident. This pain occurs approx. In 2 months one time.

Most likely  this is  due to  a Nutritional cause.. Get  your  Calcium, Vit B12 and  Vit D checked . Also get  a thyroid profile.. Spend half  hour daily early in the morning under sunlight
