I have problem of pain in hand around joint vein from last night because of unbalanced position of sleeping.

Hello, that could be due to strain on joint ligament ,it will subside gradually ,don't worry . rest the hand and apply ice to the that area so that pain will reduce ,if pain is increasing day by day , then you have to get an x Ray and consult orthopedic surgeon .
