Pain in full legs and gut

After spin engry ,later 9 months( 5 months bed rest) I go to vacation Mohali to Bombay .climate is totally different .(cold vs hot). When I came back full legs , gutans just like swell. I can't sit, folds legs prope. Some standing work then can't sit easily.if I folds legs, I imagin itching vein. doctwhat it is .
