I have continous pain in forehead like bandage bond . some time i fee like vomit

• Postural Correction. • Shoulder Shrugs . • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Take frequent Breaks at work • Use cervical pillow. • Use Back Support. • Self Massage the back of neck.
