Pain in forearm and type 3 acromion.

I have pain in my forearm muscle and type 3 acronium. I also have frozen shoulder. The ultrasound therapy should be done on  the forearm muscle and shoulder joint both or it should be done on the shoulder only. Please explain in detail.
