Pain in Feet while urinating

Hi, From past two weeks I am having pain in my feet during urinating and defecating. The pain is mostly around toe (foot thumb)region and connecting region between toe and heel. To be precise - Tarsus and metaTarsu ( got it from internet by looking foot anatomy) . Let me know which doctor I should visit and possible diseases.
