From last 3 months i have a problem in below area of my right feet thumb.it hurts when i walk .i cant bend it

From 3 months is a quiet long time. You should get serum uric acid checked to rule out gout. X ray seems normal.
Next Steps
you can try ice packs and a pain killer for the time being.
