Hi...I have been suffering from severe pain in feet for 1 week... I dipped my two legs in hot water.then only I got some what relaxation..but after few hours same problem repeats... What s the problem behind this... Please suggest me solution...

Use contrast bath , use soft cushion sandles or sleeper through out d day and don't walk bare foot.....
