I am having cough n cold from 2-3 days so now my ear Is paining... I feel like  it is swelling from inside ..kindly suggest me some ear drop

Good evening, As you are suffering from upper respiratory track infection Probably there could middle ear infection ( otitis media effusion ) , or congestion of the ear drum or could be just wax in the ear. Would request you consult a ENT in your city
