Hi. Please mention if there is any hearing loss, ringing sound in ear, giddiness. Is there a loudness of own sound being heard more prominently in affected ear? Upfront two tests audiometry and impedance are recommended. There is also scope to consider nasal endoscopy to rule out nasal issues.
