Ive pain inside the ear and sinus headache, And I slightly have throat infection too.. Prescribe me a tablet for this please.

You can take paracetamol tablets prescribed by the neighbourhood doctor. It's better to consult an ENT surgeon for further medication as it will depend on the doctors findings and lab reports.
