Since last night i am feel8jg pain in chewing migh think it is tonsil. Please can you guide for which medicine will help me revive.

Tonsils if infected cause pain when v are swallowing not during chewing. If it is paining during chewing then there could be a dental or gum related issue. In that case please visit a dentist for check up. If it is during swallowing and is associated with fever or cold then there could be Tonsil infection for which you may require to take antibiotics and analgesics. Please visit a nearby ent specialist for confirmation and correct treatment
