Pain in chest muscle

I'm from Bangalore, and from last 2 yrs I have pain in left side of chest and left hand... I took all cardio reports last week like ecg, 2d echo and thread mill , all blood reports for liver and kidney and thyroid and cholesterol is normal....all are normal... Someone suggested to visit physio so.... I went to one physio problem and he pressed on the left chest muscle yesterday and it's aching now... And I got inflammation too... Pl help to find the right treatment and right diagnosis... Thks
