  4. Pain in chest. And tmt validity please?

I have done tmt 1month before it was negative and 2d echo 5 months before it was also normal but always i feel pain in chest left side pointed pain sometimes in  middle of chest also... so i have any cardiac issue after tmt negative and tmt validity please?
