Pain in chest bone back , hand and neck

Hi , I am having chest bone pain( centre and breast bone) back , shoulder and neck pain since 1.5 year sometimes hand pain also.. I have done ECG and Echo multiple times but everything is normal.. am diabetic and little bit cholesterol is also high but am taking medicine.i have consultant pulmonologist and took bronchitis medicine but no relief.. Please suggest to which Doctor i should consult?
