I usually don't smoke much . May be a 1 cigarette a day . But since last 2-3 weeks i have seen after i smoke a cigarette ,after that I feel pain in my left arm which radiates sometimes to shoulders and legs also. Right hand also pains sometimes and also in my left nipple i feel a pinching pain which comes and goes . Is this something related to lungs and heart disease . Kindly help me out
