Pain in cervical region on bending neck. Serum iron and calcium are low. On giving supplements side effects occurred palpitations, diarrhea, low bp. Iron tablet then reduced by the doctor. On x-ray, no abnormality found. Pain in ankle joint in morning, she feels fine during the day. What could be the diagnosis and possible treatment? Can someone give an idea about the condition?
