Few weeks back A doc prescribed table etizolam and propranolol for 10 days due to elevated bpm and bp. Now my bpm is normal (60-75) but my bp is (157/91) as of today and I experience little pain in center of chest when waking up and while I stretch. What to do? (My ecg chest xray was normal)

BP is little bit on the higher side May I know is there any family history of hypertension or heart disease Pain on strech is basically muscular, no need to worry
