I feel pain in breast while touched /pressed. Pain is very severe. It started just three days ago. Should I visit to general physician or some specialist?

Please go to a doctor and rule out an abscess (infection). Most painful breasts are only due to hormonal changes.. Cancers are usually painless when they start.. So need not worry about it much in this case.
