I am having pain in my breasts since 3 days and I feel a lump has been present on it. I do not know if it exactly qualifies as a lump or not. need to get it checked.

You should get it examined by a local Gynaecologist Also if there is a lump better get a sonomamography done to findout the exact diagnosis
