I have going through medium pain on bottom right knee. X-ray shows the knee cap is higher by half centimeter. Is it a problem?

hey ,it depends on for what reason knee cap is half centimeter above ,Is it by birth or due to bursitis, synovitis  etc.. consult orthopedic doctor
