Pain in both legs since 4 days

Since 4 days my leg are cramping, ibam not able to sleep, myhemoglobin is  9.8 and D3 level is 8.9 Kindly suggest me what to do.

Vitamin D3 and Hb both are less.. You would be requiring extensive therapy to get this problem solved.. For this please contact me on my private chat window for the same..
