Respected sir/mam, My father is a shopkeeper with no physical exercise. His both hands start pain sometimes from shoulder to wrist after driving two wheeler for 2kms. And his hands also shakes sometimes while writing. And while sitting on a chair for long time his right leg ankle swollen. Guide us for proper diagnosis. Thank you
