Pain in bone, specifically knee joint and elbow joint, swelling body, daibetes patient around near about 11 yrs old, already having medicine and insulin, like insulin lantus100 IU/ml at 30 point and tab name exermet gm502, and blood pressure is high, medicine having tazloc-h, sugar level shows always fluctuate.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You should be kn a strict diabetic and hypertensive diet which consists of having a low sodium diet and having foods with low glycemic index. Daily physical activities are a must. Take a tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.  Get the joints checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
