PAIN IN BACK OF THE HEAD

Hello I am 20yrs Male from few day or now it's gonna be 1 month I am suffering from weird feeling or pain in my back of the head and it cause bad feeling in my ears and at the end of the day I feel bad headache so I feel like tight feeling around my head and my mouth and throat also stays dry in night so please help me or by what treat I will do and tell me is it cervical or other thing thank you.
