I have a pain in my lower back head above neck. I feel pressure in my head as well and feeling of dizzy but never got dizzy. Some times my heart races very fast. I am not taking any medicine.

Pain in lower back of head  is called occipital head ache, this tyoe of pain is most likely due to lack of sleep, lack of good diet
