My 02 year old daughter fell down on floor while playing and complaining for pain in arm, we take her in the hospital and x-rey report is clear but she still have pain with swelling on hand. kindly help to diagnose the problem.

There could be simple bruising or muscular trauma if x-ray seen and reported normal by radiologist then I guess no need to worry just keep giving pain medicine and ice application and keep visiting any good pediatrician in your area just to ensure nothing is miss
