Dear sir Sudeen since yesterday am getting motion area dryness and pain . Not able to come motion out fast . Pls tell any tablet .and urine also less quantity am getting pass pls tell done have any health problems age 30 . But even if I touch motion area also getting little pain sudeen . Pls tell reasons

May be fissure in Ano,
Health Tips
Take plenty of water,High fibre diet like vegetables and fruits.Apply xylocaine gel 2% in anal region.If symptoms present even after that then we should evaluate and go for specific treatment
