Recently I had a fissure surgery two months ago, last week I ate noodles, on next day morning I faced chronic constipation, I have taken stool softners and fruits, now stool Passing easy, but pain not going, severe pain occurring since one week. How to come out of chronic pain. Unable to manage the pain

It's takes time for the pain to reduce after surgery. You need to increase your fibre intake and water intake atleast for 3 months post surgery and avoid foods that cause constipation. If you are still experiencing pain you can use calcium channel blocker ointments for local application.
