Pain In abdominal and bleeding

Hi... After having sex pain started in my abdominal region. Bleeding started at the time of inter course. Is it advisable to take a online consultation for this or I should go to the doctor physically and get myself checked. Also I've take meftal spars but there is no sign of relief.
