I am having pain in right side of  lower abdomen and white discharge, so i went for usg and report states right ovary shows multiple tiny peripherally arranged follicles -suggestive polycystic ovarian disease Right ovary size3.2*2.8*1.6 cm Vol 7.8cc What to do

Are you getting regular period or not.If not then first try to regularise your period minimum for 3 months .If weight is more than try to reduce it.It is curable problem and do exercise.
