Pain in abdomen and back

Since last 2-3 days I have pain in lower abdomen and lower back. I was suspecting a UTI due to increased urine frequency. I did a urine test, both routine and culture test came back clean. Usg-KUB also was clear. What could be possible reasons for the pain? If not urologist, what specialty should I consult?
