Good day, I had my perianal abscess incision and for  fistula kshar sutra (a thread is inserted in fistula tract)was done on the last Monday. My doctor advised me to get dressing done every day for perianal wound. It was really painful during the dressing. I was literally screaming in the hospital when dressing. Until now I have gone through 3 dressings. I am very afraid to go for dressing today. Please suggest anything to reduce the pain during the dressing. Can I use any numbing sprays to reduce pain?
