Pain, burning and blisters in genitals

I'm having constant burning sensation in my genitals. I have also observed a series of small blisters inside the vaginal lips. The symptoms resemble very much like herpes. I'm getting the urge to pee very frequently. Is there any home remedies or any medication required? FYI, I'm a sexually active female and always use condoms.
