Get an ultrasound for both breast and axilla.it may be fat deposition or lipoma

Most of the underarm swellings due to lipoma, accessory breast or enlarged lymph node.. You have done an FNAC test which sometime shows blood due to techniques and not needed in this condition You should go for USG- both breasts with axilla
