Pattern of the pain: when i sit straight there is no pain when i move my neck to left side or when i swallow or when i touch i have pain when I first got the pain visited ortho who prescribed some spasm medicines and it went off I got second time and went to ortho he said it might be due to ent so visited him.. He gave some medicines and said tonsilis is fine so its not due to ent and asked to consult dentist.. Dentist said the pain pattern looks like not from teeth must be related to muslces or nerve. The pain generally last for a week and goes by itself.. No visble swelling. But getting recurent episodes like 2 months once

Needs further details and some tests to find out what it might be. But yes mostly looks like upper respiratory condition. Is it associated with fever or bodyaches? Tenderness could be enlarged lymph nodes as such. Multiple diagnosed come to mind but a clear cut discussion will help treat it.
