Am facing pain below the heart not regularly when am in sleep paining sudden .. exact location heart left and below location, am currently not using any medicine because i don't which doctor i need contact. please help with type doctor i need approach. please do needful help on this .... thanks for the reply ......................................

Dear Practo User, Do you have any abdominal complaints like constipation,  acidity,  gases etc? If no above complaints  do consult with cardiologist / MD medicine for diagnosis and investigation. After examination kindly revert back to me accordingly for ayurvedic medicine support.
