Some food indigestion could be the reason. Take Cap. Pantocid DSR at empty stomach . Take frequent bland non fry non oily feed. If the pain in shoulder could be due to mere acidity itself. But if excruciating and with sweating, efforts aggravates then u may need cardiac evaluation immediately. For hard stools take more fibre and water. Papaya is of great help. Still u suffer then u may need some fibre supplements.

[ ] Hi as your symptoms are suggestive of gastritis.Follow some lifestyle changes. Take your food timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. as much as you want thereafter. Don't lie down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Go to bed after minimum 1 hour after dinner. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc. Some times in intractable cases one need to go ahead with Upper Gastroscopy to rule out gastric ulcer/erosions and presence of H PYLORI infection.Feel free to ask any further quary related to your problem. Regards.
