Pain behind ear armpit and neck

I have intermittent pain behind my ear and armpit and side of my chest below the armpit on both sides . Imagine reports of thorax and head and neck ct scan attached .also mri of neck attached and shows normal. After that 1 week course of levoflaxine completed and symptoms goes but again started for last 10 days.

Firstly, You need to get a physical consultation done for any lump under Armpit or behind the ear. Also for tonsilolith you need to have proper warm saline gargles everytime you take a meal and maintain proper oral hygiene

Do u have high blood pressure?? Tonsilolith is a problem that occurs due to accumulation of food debris inside the tonsilar crypts. Start having Gargles with Lukewarm water 5-7 times a day and every time after u have food. If u are suffering from chronic Tonsillitis, and if u have any bout of infection or any throat ache or something, visit nearby ENT surgeon immediately & get your tonsils checked. At present no antibiotics are required for you.
