Pain at the end of the urination

I'm suffering from pain during urination for past 3 days. Initially thought it was due to heat and drank lot of water but still no improvement. Now having fever from yesterday. Worrying that it may be due to UTI.

Got ur pain n concern though it's unfortunate but probably Ur right so need to screen ur blood n urine tests so plz consult family Dr u may require usg abdomen n pelvis. As in Ur case renal stones may be major culprit if didn't had unprotected sex
