hello there.
it looks like muscle pain.
all you need to do is give yourself frequent breaks and take a b-complex
vitamin tablet daily. if pain is too much you can take a pain killer like aceclofenac 100mg for now.
do some stretching exercises and even strength building excercise of shoulder and arms. the stronger your muscles get, the less pain you will experience.
