Pain at lower abdomen

I have sharp pain at my right lower abdomen.the pain is only during night when sleep straight...if I sleep either I am not having it..also when I try to bent down I feel sharp pain..had antibiotics and raparaz d as per physician advice.. But still pain is there... Please suggest.
