Having heavy discharge recently, then this morning i woke up to ease myself i discovered this severe pain around my belly button area all around of it, both under my tummy if i touch it lots of pains i feel like passing stool but i cant cause of the pains, i really dont know what is happening am worried please what could it be

U need to get abdomen and pelvis scan becoz u mentioned pain if u touch thats tenderness so u need usg abdomen and pelvis
