Pain and stiffness in upper back & neck

I have pain and stiffness in my upper back and neck..i have a left hand pain too.. sometimes i felt dizzy for few seconds. when i raise my left hand upward and bring down i felt pain in my left shoulder. and having crackling noise from neck and back.
