Cervical spine pain and spasm persisting headache radiating to eyes..puffiness and swelling in eyes.kindly help me out

Don't worry, it may be due to bad posture, please keep correct your posture always during work. Do some cervical isometric exercises. Ultrasonic therapy for 20 minutes. Avoid painkillers and jerky movements.. Thank you
