Pain and sensation in left hand

Sudden pain and sensation in left hand body at night and feeling  uneasyness , this is happen 2nd time in a month both the time ECG and BP was chacked and found normal. I also have cervical problem from last 7 year and there is mild pain every time in my left hand. But sudden pain and sensation at left hand side I am facing first time please advice
