Pain and irritation after urination

She is feeling pain and irritation after urination and feels some pimple like inflammation in the urinary tract. When she enters the washroom she feels a sense of urgency to urinate. These symptoms have been there since last two days. She has been using the washroom every one hour for urination. The pain makes desk work highly uncomfortable for her. Please help.
