From two year trying to concieve the child but having some infertility issues most probably less tube patency. Last week I ve completed my monthly menstruation cycle which is regular and on time. But soon after one week i have a moved my gas cylinder and from evening i ve got extreme pain in lower abdomen leading to bleeding and clotting. Which stopped in 12 hours and pain reduced but i again start bleeding and clotting.please suggest the possible medical issues. I ve mild hypothyroidism but having correct dosage regularly.
